1 Install MoonfinJellyfin

On your Roku, open the Streaming Store, search for MoonfinJellyfin, and add it.the app.

2 Add Blackbeard’s Vault

Open Moonfin and chooseIn EnterConnect to Server, use the field labelled …or enter server URL manually:. Enter the address below, choose OK on the keyboard, then choose ConnectSubmit.

Keep the s in https://. Copy— copy the whole address exactly.

3 Sign in

If you see a code, open the Password tab. SelectChoose your profile if it is shown, or type your Jellyfin username, enter your password, and choose SignManual InLogin. Enter your Username and Password, then choose Submit.

Your username is case-sensitive. Match the capital and lowercase letters exactly as Cruv sent them. Use your Jellyfin username, not your email.

You’re ready to watch.

Choose Skip if Moonfin asks about appearance. Pick a movie or episode and press Play.

Try Moonfin instead — free alternative

Moonfin is a strong alternative for this Roku. Try it if you prefer its layout or the recommended app struggles with a particular title. It uses the same Jellyfin account.

  1. Install and open Moonfin.
  2. Choose Enter Server URL, enter the address below, then choose Connect.

  3. Choose the Password tab, select or enter your username, enter your password, and choose Sign In.

Help when you need it

Use another device to sign in

Quick Connect lets an already signed-in phone or computer approve the device you’re setting up. Use it when your app shows a Quick Connect code.

  1. Keep the code visible on the new device.
  2. On a phone or computer, open Blackbeard’s Vault Jellyfin and sign in to the same Jellyfin account. If typing the address, keep the s in https://. Usernames are case-sensitive; match the capital and lowercase letters exactly.
  3. Open your user/profile menu, choose Quick Connect, enter the new device’s code, and confirm.

If Quick Connect is unavailable, use password sign-in on the new device. A local app PIN is a different optional setting.

Something not working?
  • Can’t connect? Check the s in https:// and copy the full server address again. Don’t add a port number.
  • Can’t sign in? Match every capital and lowercase letter in your username. Use your Jellyfin account, not your email or an Emby login. Remove accidental spaces.
  • Video or sound problem? Close and reopenUpdate the app, checkreopen for an update,it, and try another title. The Moonfin alternative is another option.
